It's me

My name is Libin George (specialist nurse - anesthesia and intensive care). I am the founder of Care with Concept GmbH and would like to introduce you to our mission.

My goal is to place qualified nursing staff from countries beyond Europe in hospitals in Germany. My concept has already been successfully implemented in several hospitals, some with over 7,000 employees.

Our mission

Our Mission Statement

Highly qualified healthcare professionals – fairly and humanely recruited

Corporate Principles of Care with Concept GmbH (in formation) for the Placement of Nursing Professionals

"We do not just place nurses. Our self-understanding is that people’s potential should unfold, and through our comprehensive support, nursing staff are placed in a way that is both professional and people-centered."

Care with Concept* is a company (GmbH) specializing in the recruitment and placement of qualified nursing professionals. We place nurses in German healthcare institutions such as clinics, hospitals, and care facilities.

* Hereafter, Care with Concept is abbreviated as CWC.

Our focus lies in providing the best possible support for both sides:

  • For our clients, we identify suitable candidates who meet the required profiles and support their HR departments throughout all administrative procedures.

  • For the nursing staff we place, we offer comprehensive preparation, followed by intensive integration into the German clinical environment, up to and including recognition of their foreign qualifications in Germany.

Through our placement of skilled healthcare professionals into medical and nursing institutions, we enable hospitals, clinics, and care facilities to reliably and effectively meet their staffing needs.

At the same time, we enable nurses to work in their chosen profession as registered nurses in long-term, sustainable employment relationships.

The following corporate principles represent our self-commitment to fair and ethical international recruitment of nursing professionals.

1. Our Commitment to Fair and Ethical Recruitment

1.1 Fair Recruitment

CWC is fully committed to complying with all statutory requirements. This includes, in particular, the provisions of German human rights, migration, labor, social, and residency law.

Healthcare institutions are required to conclude employment contracts with the nurses we place that fully comply with German labor law.

A key principle for CWC is our active engagement in ensuring good working conditions according to German standards – explicitly including the avoidance of overwork and fostering successful integration. We actively counteract any form of discrimination and also provide support to healthcare professionals for their cultural and social integration.

1.2 Our Human-Centered Approach

Based on our own experience, we know: Diversity in the nursing workforce leads to better care and higher standards.
For us, diversity means enrichment. Through our recruitment activities, we aim to promote a human-centered culture that is shaped by equality, respect, dignity, and mutual appreciation.

1.3 Ethically Responsible Recruitment

CWC focuses exclusively on recruiting from regions with a surplus of qualified nursing professionals. We see ourselves as opportunity providers for highly skilled nurses who, due to saturation of their local job markets, are seeking new perspectives abroad.

CWC conducts only those recruitment processes that safeguard the rights and legal standing of the nurses. This includes all stages: recognition processes in Germany, collaboration with international partners, the conduct of German employers towards the nurses, and the selection of suitable clients. It is a given for us that all rights, protections, and safeguards under German labor and employment law are upheld at all times.

1.4 Fair and Ethical Partnerships

CWC collaborates only with partners who are equally committed to fair and ethical recruitment principles.

We have structured and reviewed our recruitment processes to ensure compliance with ethical and fair standards throughout the entire recruitment cycle. Our recruitment standards are reviewed on a regular basis, which also includes monitoring our cooperation partners.

Commitment to the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel

CWC explicitly adheres to the WHO Code. We take responsibility for implementing its guidelines and are fully committed to its principles in the international recruitment of healthcare professionals.

Cost-Free Recruitment for Nurses

In line with the principles outlined above, the recruitment process for nursing staff is always free of charge for the candidates. CWC fully applies the “Employer Pays Principle.”

Only in this way can we ensure that no nurse is exposed to economic pressure that might otherwise force them to waive their rights. Through contractual agreements, CWC guarantees that exclusively the employer (client) bears the costs of CWC’s services.

International Agreements

As an international healthcare recruiter, we acknowledge and comply with international agreements that safeguard the rights of nursing professionals. The following agreements form the basis of our recruitment activities:

  • WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel

  • International Human Rights Conventions of the UN and EU

  • ILO Core Labor Standards

  • IRIS Standards – Ethical Recruitment

* Hereafter, Care with Concept is abbreviated as CWC.
