Why I Do What I Do
I am a nurse myself.
I spent many years working in nursing — first in India, and later in Germany. I know shift work, responsibility, exhaustion. And I know what it means to leave everything familiar behind and start again in a foreign country.
I have walked this path myself.
At that time, I was exactly where you are today – uncertain, overwhelmed, and not knowing how the journey would continue.
In what I can only describe as a miracle, life brought people into my path who believed in me, who stood by my side, and who supported me not only financially, but also emotionally.
For this, I remain deeply grateful to God.
Without them, my journey would not have been possible.
Today, I stand on the other side.
And I do so with humility, gratitude, and the sincere desire to stand by your side – just as others once stood by mine.
And that is exactly why I founded Care with Concept.
I truly believe that when nurses are well prepared — professionally, culturally, and personally — both sides benefit. Nurses gain real perspectives and dignity.
