I have worked in nursing myself for many years – both in India and in Germany.
I know shift work, responsibility, and stress. And I know what it feels like to start over from scratch in a foreign country.
That is why I founded Care with Concept. Because I saw that things can be done differently:

The association “Nationalmannschaft Pflege Deutschland e.V.” (German National Nursing Team) has set itself the goal of representing the nursing profession in Germany at international competitions and continuing the work of the association for the promotion of nursing quality (Verein zur Förderung pflegerischer Qualität e.V.).

Our nursing staff undergo individualized and targeted preparation tailored to their personal requirements. We support them in their home country with intensive coaching and customized training so that they are optimally prepared for their assignment in Germany—including recommendations for the right field of work and the ideal ward.
Indian nurses work in modern clinics around the world that meet the highest international standards. Before starting work, all our specialists undergo a rigorous selection process, which includes detailed recognition of their professional qualifications. Their extensive professional experience in state-of-the-art facilities enables seamless integration – even in sensitive areas such as emergency rooms and operating theaters.
Language preparation
Through our own language school and cooperation partners in India,
international professionals are given the best possible preparation for achieving B2 level in German lessons and receive the greatest possible support. They are given prospects on the German job market and are accompanied step by step.

Finding an Apartment
Finding accommodation is one of the biggest hurdles for all foreign professionals. A lack of apartments is a common reason why employees can be employed on a long-term basis.
An Example - More than 50 CWC employees work at one clinic location, and we have managed to find accommodation for more than 30 employees.
