AGB Kündigung

AGB für eine Kündigung. Eine Kündigung kann durch Kündigung des Arbeitsplatzes, Wechsel des Arbeitgebers, persönliche Gründe, Rückkehr in das Heimatland usw. erfolgen. In diesem Fall , erkläre ich mich damit einverstanden, den erhaltenen Betrag zusammen mit allen Ausgaben, die CWC für mich in Form von Finanzausgaben , zurückzuerstattenden und Zeit (Stunden Lohn) in Form von Coaching und Assistenz an CWC zuruck zu zahlen. 

Terms and conditions in case of Discontinuation of Cooperation. Termination of C operation which is done in form of  done by resigning from the job, changing employers, personal reasons, returning to the home country, etc. In this case, I agree to pay back to CWC the amount received along with any expenses CWC incurs for me in the form of financial expenses to be reimbursed and time (hourly wages) in the form of coaching and assistance.

Expences include  Flight Tickets , language Coaching Fees, Attestation and Transalation Fees, Fees paid in The Nursing Council, Coaching and Assistance in Germany .
