Objective

This data protection declaration clarifies the type, scope and purpose of the processing (e.g. collection, processing and use, including consent) of personal and other data within our online offer and the websites, functions and content associated with it (hereinafter jointly referred to as "online offer" or "Website"). The data protection declaration applies regardless of the domains, systems, platforms and devices used (e.g. desktop or mobile) on which the online offer is run.

What is personal data?

The term personal data is defined in the Federal Data Protection Act. According to this, these are individual details about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, your real name, your address, your telephone number or your date of birth. Our website can usually be used without providing any personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible.

No data transfers to third parties

Your data will not be transmitted to third parties unless we are legally obliged or entitled to do so or you have expressly consented to this.
We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority

In the event of violations of data protection law, the person concerned has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for data protection issues is the state data protection officer of the federal state in which our company is based. You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. Right to object to data collection in special cases and to direct advertising (Art. 21 GDPR)

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint.

The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:

If the processing of your personal data happened/is happening unlawfully, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.

If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to demand that the processing of your personal data be restricted instead of being deleted.

If you have lodged an objection in accordance with Art. 21 (1) GDPR, your interests and ours must be weighed up. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to demand that the processing of your personal data be restricted.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data - apart from its storage - may only be used with your consent or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a Member State are processed.

cookies

Some of the websites use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
• Browser type and browser version
• operating system used
• Referrer URL
• Host name of the accessing computer
• Time of server request

This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. The IP addresses are only stored to the extent necessary to provide our services. Otherwise the IP addresses will be deleted or made anonymous. Our provider stores your IP address when you visit our website for a maximum of 7 days to detect and defend against attacks. We reserve the right to subsequently check this data if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.

Contact

Personal data is collected by us when you provide it to us yourself, for example when you contact us. Of course, we will only use the personal data transmitted to us in this way for the purpose for which you made it available to us when contacting us. This information is used by us to specify your request and to improve the processing of your request. This information is provided expressly on a voluntary basis and with your consent. Insofar as this concerns information on communication channels (e.g. e-mail address, telephone number), you also agree that we may also contact you via this communication channel in order to answer your request.

You can of course revoke your declarations of consent at any time for the future. Please contact us for this. https://www.carewithconcept.de/

Duration of storage

We will only store your contact and traffic data for as long as is necessary for our services. If the data is required to fulfill existing legal, statutory or contractual retention periods (e.g. invoices), this data will also be stored in accordance with the statutory provisions.

SSL encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Links to Other Sites

Our online offer contains links to other websites. We have no influence on whether their operators comply with data protection regulations.

Google Web Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts from Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display text and fonts correctly. However, it does not connect to the Google servers, but accesses our hosting server. As a result, Google is not aware that Google Fonts has been accessed via your IP address. However, our hosting provider gains knowledge of your IP address when using the website. The handling of your IP address is described in the server log files section of this data protection declaration.

Google Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offering. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.

Objection to promotional mails

We hereby object to the use of contact data published as part of the imprint obligation to send unsolicited advertising and information material. The site operators expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising being sent, such as spam e-mails.

Privacy Policy Changes

We reserve the right to change the data protection declaration in order to adapt it to changed legal situations or to changes in the online offer or data processing. However, this only applies with regard to declarations on data processing. If user consent is required or parts of the data protection declaration contain provisions of the contractual relationship with the user, the changes will only be made with the consent of the user. Users are therefore asked to inform themselves regularly about their content, especially if they provide personal information again.
