Hi, I’m Libin George

I’m a registered nurse specializing in anesthesia and critical care. I’m originally from India, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in nursing and worked as the head of an intensive care unit. In Germany, I’ve experienced the challenges of hospital wards firsthand—staff shortages, burnout, and night shifts.

I’ve walked this path myself and know exactly what processes need to be followed to ensure successful professional and personal integration. That’s why I personally visit your facility before we place anyone.

Care with Concept was founded based on real-world experience—with 8 years of expertise, over 400 placed professionals, and our own language school in India. Fair. Transparent. Professional.

CWC Culture Festival

Integration takes place on many levels. An important part of this is getting to know and appreciating each other’s cultures.

Onam – a festival that holds a very special significance in southern India. Onam celebrates the harvest season and the end of the monsoon. For the people of Kerala, it is a festival celebrated together regardless of religious affiliation. It is a time of gratitude for food and a time for celebrating together through various dances and communal games.

We at CWC are aware of the great significance of this festival for the people of Kerala. That is why organising a company celebration to mark Onam was a special opportunity for us.

On the one hand, to honour the culture and this significant festival from India, and on the other, to give German clinic staff a chance to experience a part of that culture. This company celebration is one way in which we wish to contribute to integration.

For us, this celebration was a complete success. The sense of community and the atmosphere were fantastic, and the staff, clients and candidates clearly enjoyed it.
