1. In the third phase, we match the candidates with the employers that match the candidates' preferences. We also coordinate the job interviews and employment contracts.

2. Depending on the professional requirements of the nurse, recommend the appropriate ward and area of responsibility

In the 4th phase, all documents for the visa interview in the home country are compiled and submitted. Candidates receive all necessary documents at least 14 days before the visa interview. Obtaining a work visa and organizing the trip to Germany.
