Phase 3 - Interview and recruitment process

In the third phase, we match the candidates with the employers that match the candidates' preferences. We also coordinate the job interviews and employment contracts.
Depending on the professional requirements of the nurse, recommend the appropriate ward and area of responsibility

Phase 4 - Visa application and entry to Germany

In the 4th phase, all documents for the visa interview in the home country are compiled and submitted. Candidates receive all necessary documents at least 14 days before the visa interview. Obtaining a work visa and organizing the trip to Germany.

Duration 3 to 10 weeks

Phase 5 - Arrival in Germany & integration

In the last step, we welcome the candidates in Germany and support them with the first steps in their new home
Accompaniment of the new workers in dealing with authorities and matters necessary for the lifestyle, e.g. E.g. registration, opening a bank account, health insurance, mobile phone, internet
Support in clarifying accommodation (flat share/own room, apartment, with families)
